Static ISP Proxies

Static ISP proxies are stable proxy entries assigned to your subscription. In the dashboard, they appear as a proxy table with per-entry credentials and export actions.

Open the subscription

1. Open the Thunderproxy dashboard.
2. Go to Subscriptions.
3. Open your Static ISP subscription.

The subscription page shows the Static ISP proxy list instead of the rotating Quick Access layout.

Connection settings

If your Static ISP subscription supports SOCKS5 gateway access, the page shows a Connection settings card.

Use it to switch between:

• HTTP
• SOCKS5

The card also shows which port is active for the selected protocol. Copy proxy entries again after changing protocol.

Proxy table

The table lists each proxy entry with:

• Username
• Password
• Host
• Port
• Outgoing IP, when available

Use the row action menu to copy a complete connection string for that proxy.

Static ISP usernames include an index-style suffix such as -stc-isp-sid-0, -stc-isp-sid-1, and so on.

Password reset

Use Reset password from the Static ISP toolbar if you need to rotate the proxy password.

After resetting the password, update any applications that use the old password.

IP authentication

If your Static ISP subscription has a single eligible proxy and supports IP authentication, the toolbar shows an IP Auth action.

Use it to whitelist trusted IP addresses. Remove stale IPs when your server or home connection changes.

Export formats

Use Export to download all proxies from the current subscription.

The export modal lets you choose:

• Output format.
• File extension.

Common formats include:

Format	Example

All Static ISP proxies

The dashboard also has an all-proxies Static ISP view that collects Static ISP entries across subscriptions.

Use this view when you need a single table or export for all Static ISP proxies on your account.

Activity and renewals

Static ISP entries work while the subscription is active. If the subscription expires, is deleted, or is not renewed, the entries may stop authenticating.

Keep your exported list updated after renewals or plan changes. If you add or remove Static ISP quantity, export the list again before updating integrations.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm the subscription is active in the dashboard.
• Copy a fresh connection string from the row action menu.
• Make sure your client supports the selected protocol.
• Re-export after password resets, protocol changes, renewals, or quantity changes.
• If one entry fails, try another table row to determine whether the issue is entry-specific or subscription-wide.
